HOW TO ADD NEW EMPLOYEES

  • Navigate to the home page at the side bar, click on HR then click employees. Within the employee’s page, there is the “new employee” button. Click on it to create a new employee.

  • Fill in the required fields, the mandatory fields are always marked with asterisks (*).

  • Click submit. On the employee’s details page, you can change the image on the profile and add assignments. Click the details button to add transactions, license details and employee contracts. Click the view employee button on the top-right to go back to the previous page.

  • Click the edit employee button in case you want to edit employee details or the delete button in case you want to delete employee. To go back to the main list of employees click the list button.
