HOW TO ASSIGNING TASKS

  • Go to the home page at the side bar, click on tasks, within the tasks page click the new task button in blue at the top-right. On create new task page, provide the task name. If you are assigning this task out to a colleague search for their name in the drop down under the assignee field. Designate which matter this task is in reference to by selecting it in the drop down menu of files under the matter field.

  • Assign the due date using the calendar pick list. Select the priority from the drop down list under the priority field. In put the estimated time, fill in the description and click submit.

NOTE: Mandatory fields are marked with asterisks (*).

PS: Upon submission the assignee will get a notification via email about the task.

HOW TO MARKING COMPLETE TASKS

  • Click on tasks. Within the tasks page there is a listing of all tasks, go to the one you require.

  • Click on the check icon on the right to mark task as complete. It will be converted to a done activity and the assigner will get a notification via email that the task has been completed.
