HOW TO VIEW UPCOMING ACTIVITY REPORTS ON SMARTCASE

• Go on the home page at the side bar, click reports then click upcoming activities. Within the next activity reports page there is a list of all upcoming activities and search filters;

• Search – this is a general search filter.

• File – Select a specific file in the drop down to view all upcoming activities under it. To limit results, select the date range to view only upcoming activities bounded by the range.

• Done by – Select to display only upcoming activities under a specific responsible employee in the drop down.

• Practice area – select a practice area in the drop down menu to view all upcoming activities under it.

• Status – select a status in the drop down menu to view all upcoming activities under it.

• Event type – select an event type in the drop down menu to view all upcoming activities under it.

• Practice area – select the practice area in the drop down to view all upcoming activities under it.
