HOW TO ASSIGN SALARIES

  • Go to the home page at the side bar, click on payroll then click salaries. Within the salaries page click the assign salary button in blue. Select the name of staff you are assigning salary to from the user drop down list. Select the currency from the drop down list and type in the basic pay. Select the dates and fill in the description. Leave the “is active” box checked if salary is active

  • Scroll down to benefits, select the benefit types from the drop down list. The value, amount and date fields will automatically be populated. Fill in the value if it is a lamp sum figure or if it is not defined in settings. Fill In the date fields and the description then submit. NB - the mandatory fields are marked with asterisks (*).
