PAYROLL

  • Click payroll under the payroll module. Select a period from the calendar pick list to view payroll then click search.

  • Check the action box on the right on payroll and then click the compute payroll button.

  • To pay all, click pay all. To pay selected, check the action box on the ones you need to pay and click pay selected.

PAYROLL ADVANCE REQUESTS

  • Go to the home page click payroll then click payroll advance requests. On the payroll advance requests page, click new payroll advance requests button in blue. Select the date from the calendar pick list. By default the system captures the person logged in on done by, but in case you were logging in entry on behalf of a colleague you can choose their name from the firm user drop down list. Select the supervisor from the drop down list. Fill in remarks then click save.

  • On the next page, scroll down to submit section and select the period, fill in the amount and details then click add payroll advance request button in blue.

  • For multiple payroll advance requests, scroll down on the payroll advance request workflow page and fill in details of your next payroll advance request and click the submit button. PS: in case you need to edit or delete, use the edit button on the right or the bin icon.

HOW TO APPROVE PAYROLL ADVANCE REQUESTS

  • Click payroll advance requests under payroll. Within this page there is a listing of all payroll advance requests and a search filter in case you want to view a specific request.

  • Click on the payroll advance request number (PA-191113-0003) and it will take you to the payroll advance request workflow.

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page, leave a comment if you must then click approve, reject or return.
