HOW TO ADD A LEAVE REQUEST

  • Go to the home page at the side bar, click “HR” then click leave requests. Within the leave request page there is the “new leave request” button, Click on it to add a new leave request.

  • select the approving party from the drop down list. By default the system captures the person logged in on leave applicant, but in case you were logging in entry on behalf of a colleague you can choose their name from the firm user drop down list.

  • On the next page, confirm the details in section 1 & 2. Scroll down and select the (Leave type) from the drop down list, the date fields (From, to). Check any of the half days options if you wish (None, First day, Last day, Last and first day, All days). Fill in the description field and click the “add leave request detail” button.

  • For multiple leave requests, scroll down add the next leave details, click the add leave detail button in blue and click submit.
